[/size]DARCY BAY TORETTOTHIS IS THE LIFE
Nicknames: D, Darc
Age: Nineteen
Gender: Female
Orientation: Straight
Instrument: Guitar
Band: WE’RE AWESOME; YOU’RE NOT
Personality:
The good side
- Loyal-Darcy is a good friend. Once you’ve earned her trust, she’s always there when you need her. She’s a good listener…most of the time. She likes people. Just being around them, having fun. That’s one of the reasons she likes going on tour, seeing the people, practically feeding off of their energy. It makes her feel alive.
- Charismatic-Darcy has this thing about her. People just find her easy to talk to. She can get you to tell her all about yourself, and then leave you not knowing anything about her. Maybe it’s her signature smirk, or her carefree attitude. She always knows what to say, but hey, you don’t question a good thing.
- Outgoing-Darcy is fun, and she also may be
a littlereally crazy, so much to the point sometimes she’s asked if she’s high. She can be a really upbeat person. She likes making people laugh. Sometimes you’ll find her just randomly dancing around for no reason. If not than she’s probably off having a staring contest. - Smart-Darcy may not seem like it, but she’s actually really smart. Most people don’t expect her to be as intelligent as she is, because she doesn’t really seem like the type of person who ever cared about school or learning, but in all honesty, she was always getting good grades. Not that she’ll admit that. But if you start treating her like she’s dumb, you can expect her to prove just how smart she actually is.
The dark side
- Sarcastic-Darcy has a sharp wit, but when she’s angry, she just uses it to dish out insults, and usually when someone’s acting stupid, her sarcasm flares up. It also happens if someone’s being too obvious about something. If you act stupid, expect some kind of remark from Darcy.
- Stubborn-Darcy is extremely stubborn. If she’s chosen not to listen to someone, there isn’t really much that person can do besides sit back and watch the scene unfold. When she’s not happy, she doesn’t listen, because she honestly doesn’t care. She’ll have her reasons. She just wont tell you.
- Temper-Darcy has a slight anger problem. Its rare, but when her temper flares up, the best thing to do is step back and let her cool down. If she doesn’t cool down quickly, she’s likely to punch someone. Even if its someone she likes or even doesn’t know. When she’s mad, the slightest thing will set her off.
- A Dark Side-Darcy may seem like your average punk-ish nice girl, but beneath that well-played façade, she feels alone. She has her secrets, which if you uncover, she’ll probably trust you more than anyone else. But the problem is, it takes a lot to gain her trust, but not much to lose it. When she’s alone, most of the time she’s quiet, sitting in a corner, thinking to herself, and if she’s thinking about her mom, she might be crying.

Appearance: Darcy is an average girl, standing at 5’3”, a relatively short height for her age. She has short brown hair that has a few blonde highlights, as well as a purple streak here and there. Her dark hair matches her deep brown eyes. She weighs in at about 113 lbs, not fat, but also not bone skinny like a lot of girls she’s met. She’s not the kind of girl who smears a ton of makeup on her face, the most she’ll go for is a little eyeliner and some lip gloss. She doesn’t want to be some plastic Barbie doll, like she knows many women pay to become. She much rather prefers to show the world the real Darcy Toretto. She has a few tattoos, but that’s it. She’s not eccentric, but she’s not bland either.
Her clothing style matches her personality exactly. The way she dresses can be described in one word. Different. She was that girl in the eighth grade who wore all the highlighter colors and the tutus that worked with the ripped skinny jeans. Since then, she’s toned down a bit. Now, instead of tutus, she likes hoodies. For Darcy, nothing is better than a comfortable hoodie. She is practically in love with converse, always walking around in a pair. A typical outfit for Darcy would probably be a black tanktop, a hoodie that’s a little too big for her, some highlighter, ripped skinny jeans, and some high tops. But you will never find her without her locket. Reason? Its her only connection to her mother.
History: Darcy Bay Toretto was born on September 13th, 1992. After her birth, her mother abandoned her at the hospital, leaving her in the care of her father, Ben Toretto. When she was 6, her father gave her a locket on her birthday. The locket had belonged to her mother, and inside it held a picture of her. Since then, Darcy’s worn the locket just to remember that she actually had a mom. Originally she’d lived in Baltimore, but when she was 7 years old, she and her father, along with their dog, Charlie, moved to Tennessee. They moved because her father had gotten a job transfer.
Throughout Darcy’s life, she grew up as a tomboy, having no mother to force her into the frilly dresses and smother her with makeup. Her dad taught her how to play soccer and baseball, but she never really cared about the baseball. It was the soccer she’d liked better. Her father, wanting her to be able to do more than sports, taught her how to play guitar on an old one he’d had when he was a kid. When Darcy was 12, she saved up enough money to buy a new guitar for herself. Soccer was ok, but it was music that she’d fallen in love with it. Since then she’s spent half of her time practicing in her room.
When in high school, Darcy met a few other kids who also shared her love of music. Soon, they’d become a band, and were practicing pretty often. Apparently people liked their music, because soon, they were going on tour with a few other bands, and playing for big crowds. She promised her dad before she left, after a long lecture that she wouldn’t ever let the fame get to her head, and that one day, she’d still go to college. She plans to, but she wants to see where her life takes her with this band first.

Stupid exams! Why did they have to be so bloody hard!
Eva made her way through the isles, searching for any books that would help her to pass the final exams. She'd skipped dinner to come to the library. She was turning into her sister.
She shuffled around with the small stack of books in her arms. She turned her head for a moment when she heard a sneeze, and caught sight of a Slytherin boy with his head on his book. Was he...sleeping? Hmm, apparently. She shrugged and made her way over to a table, but as she moved to take a step, she stumbled and fell to the ground. The books scattered around her. Bloody..." She started loudly, before catching herself and looking over at the slytherin, and noticing a Ravenclaw. "Sorry." She said, her cheeks growing slightly pink. She muttered to herself as she picked up the books and set them on a table, sitting down and putting her face in her hands.
She sighed. Studying was never her forte. That was why when it came time for an exam, Eva had to attempt to cram as much information into her brain as possible, and then, she was just left hoping that she remembered most of it. She ran her hands through her long, dark hair, which had fallen into her face. She looked back over at the other two boys, and with another heavy sigh, opened one of the large books in front of her.
She started with a chapter on witch burnings and goblin uprisings. She'd never been good at HoM, seeing as how, listening to Professor Binns drone on and on, usually put her to sleep. She read silently to herself, writing down small notes on a blank piece of parchment. She'd been lucky that her ink hadn't spilled, or Pince would've had her head for damaging the books.
